Canadian Customer Service
We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for all aspects of customer service for our Canadian customers. The Customer Service Representative will maintain a high level of professional integrity, ethics, and confidentiality and will establish successful and productive relationships with customers by ensuring that all customer requirements are fully met according to company guidelines. This position is hybrid, reporting to our Archdale, NC office 2 days a week.
Your Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls with appropriate greetings and assist every customer in a timely manner.
- Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient, and timely manner.
- Provide information to customers regarding order confirmation, new products, shipping, etc.
- Attend to customer questions, complaints, and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Utilize databases that are in place for sample requests, article number set-up requests, responsiveness, CCAs, out-of-spec approvals, and return authorizations.
- Understand and appropriately use the company pricing system and policies.
Our Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business preferred.
- At least 1 year of prior customer service experience.
- Intermediate computer skills, required to work in multiple computer systems and files.
- Experience with Microsoft Office. SAP/CRM C4 knowledge in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt to change and be flexible.
- Must be able to work in a schedule-driven environment. Timing is a critical function.
- Bi-lingual in French a plus
